MAVEN accepts exchange and returns requests from customers in case there are unfortunate problems happening in the delivery process. Our customer service will support you to solve the problem in the shortest time.

Exchange & Refund:

 Exchanging other items - colors - sizes  Exchanging for unfortunate problems form MAVEN: (Defective products/wrong sizes or wrong items) 
CONDITION

The customer can request for the exchange only one time

Returned products must be in their original condition - attached with original tags, warranty papers and receipts 

Please request an exchange at the same store where you bought the products

PRODUCT CONDITION 

 

All items returned must be in their original condition - attached with original tags, unworn, unwashed, unironed

TIME 

For in-store purchases: 3 days - From the date of purchasing products

For Online purchases: 5 days - From the date of receiving products

APPLICABLE PRODUCTS

FULL PRICE products: Items exchange - Colors exchange - Sizes exchange

Customers only can request to exchange the product whose cost is the same or much higher than the previous products. In case the customer would like to exchange to the lower cost items. MAVEN will not refund the cost margin (unequal cost)

Modified products according to customer requirements (cutting, lossening, squeezing,...)

SALE products - All products are included in sales promotions

PROCESS

The customers please send us:

- Product photos

- Videos

- Receipts which are purchased directly from us through FB or IG

Our staffs will confirm you for supporting to exchange the products (If your order meets the above condition) 

The customers please send back the exchange products, receipt and warranty papers to MAVEN

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer
