MAVEN accepts exchange and returns requests from customers in case there are unfortunate problems happening in the delivery process. Our customer service will support you to solve the problem in the shortest time.

FULL PRICE products: Items exchange - Colors exchange - Sizes exchange Customers only can request to exchange the product whose cost is the same or much higher than the previous products. In case the customer would like to exchange to the lower cost items. MAVEN will not refund the cost margin (unequal cost) |
